ECTs and Mentors’ Pathway of Events
- Welcome Conferences: All of your ECTs and Mentors had the opportunity to go on the initial Mentor Conference 1 and ECT Conference 1 online centrally with Ambition Institute. If they were absent, they should have received asynchronous content into their Steplab libraries.
- ECT Clinic 1 and Mentor Clinic 1: We have just held ECT Clinic 1 and Mentor Clinic 1 for the January starters. We did not get full attendance, but we are unable to run catch up sessions this time. I am arranging for all ECTs and Mentors who could not attend to have asynchronous clinics added to their Steplab account. These participants MUST engage with the clinics content to show engagement with the programme for funding purposes.

All of these events will be set up on My Ambition and participants will find the Zoom links there.
Participants will receive emails from My Ambition to remind them of the sessions, but I will also send them a personal email just before the session to remind them and attach the workbook.
Please can you do all you can to ensure attendance. Engagement is required for funding purposes.
If participants cannot attend they will be assigned asynchronous resources to Steplab
BUT we urge all schools to ensure their ECTs attend the Conference 2 in person, as it is really good with plenty of time to interact with other ECTs.
